Frequently asked questions
Does it keep the image quality?
Images are embedded as JPEG at the quality you choose (90% by default — visually lossless for photos). Raise it to 100% for maximum fidelity or lower it for a smaller PDF.
Can I reorder pages?
Pages follow the order the files are added. Drop them in the order you want, or use the file picker where you can select in sequence.
Is there a page limit?
No hard limit — it's only bounded by your device's memory. Hundreds of typical photos are fine.
Is this tool free?

Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. ConvertPicto runs entirely inside your browser using the Canvas API. Your files are read locally, processed on your device and never sent anywhere — we don't even have a server that could receive them.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The site is fully responsive and works in any modern mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Processing large images is naturally slower on a phone than on a laptop.
